The Forgotten God is the seventh member of the pantheon, once known as the Dream God. His domains: dreams, nightmares, restoration, imagination, oblivion, fate.
The Fall
At some point in cosmic history, the Forgotten God shattered into seven fragments. From those fragments — paired with the Demon of Fate as co-progenitor — were born the Seven Daemons. His existence was then erased from the collective memory of gods and mortals — hence his name.
Connection to the Spell
The Nightmare Spell descends directly from his dream domain. The entire mechanic of the Dream Realm, Echoes, and Memories traces its roots to the Forgotten God's legacy.
Revelation
The reader learns of the Seventh in chapter 1571 ('Seventh God'), one of the story's pivotal cosmological moments. Priestess Ananke and the sybil of Fallen Grace are its principal narrators.
