Dream Lord

An Awakened who masters Dream Realm rules well enough to act as local sovereign.

A Dream Lord is a Transcendent-or-higher Awakened whose dream authority lets them locally bend Dream Realm laws. Nightmare's [Dreamwalker] attribute is one expression of this.
